JEFF BEINKE

As Vice President of Product Strategy and Development, Jeff Beinke is responsible for the architecture and design of the ADP Employease Network, an innovative mix of web-based solutions and outsourcing options.

Mr. Beinke has more than 20 years of experience in the application software business. He has been a key figure in the emergence and establishment of human resource management software (HRMS) working for companies such as PeopleSoft and MSA (later Dun & Bradstreet).

Most recently, he served PeopleSoft as vice president of emerging technology where he helped create and deliver the technology message for the company's new e-business products. Prior to that he served as vice president of enterprise sales support, where he helped create and deliver the technology messages for the company's Global HRMS and Global Financial applications.

Mr. Beinke joined PeopleSoft in 1991 as a product consultant where he specialized in HRMS and technology pre-sales. In 1993, he built the national sales support team for PeopleSoft. In 1994, Mr. Beinke became regional vice president responsible for sales support in PeopleSoft's largest region.

Before joining PeopleSoft he was involved in sales support, product development and product management for MSA from 1984-1991.

Mr. Beinke graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Management Information Systems. He currently lives in Atlanta, GA.
