As ADP Employease’s co-founder and its vice president of marketing & business development, Michael Seckler is responsible for positioning the company in the marketplace, generating customer demand, and structuring high-impact partnerships.

Mr. Seckler often serves as the spokesperson for the company, and has presented at industry conferences and seminars including HR Technology Conference & Expo, Internet World, Red Herring’s Top 100 Company Conference, and many other HR & investor conferences.

Mr. Seckler has also been published in HR Focus and Electronic Commerce World. Before co-founding ADP Employease in 1996, Mr. Seckler worked with Mercer Management Consulting in Boston. Most of his clients were in the telecommunications industry or involved with then-emerging markets involving the Internet and online services industries. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in geology and history from Williams College. He currently lives in Atlanta, GA.
