Connectivity
to Service Providers
Employease
takes full advantage of the Internet's power to connect
with other systems and entities such as payroll providers,
managed care organizations, insurance carriers, third party
administrators, COBRA vendors, and other internal or hosted
systems. This eHR offering eliminates redundant data entry,
improves data accuracy and lowers overall administrative
costs.

Employease Connect houses a robust library of interfaces
for quickly establishing connections with other systems.
If you need a connection that is not in the Connection Library,
Employease can quickly meet this need.
After
a connection is built, Employease enables you to deliver
electronic files on a regularly scheduled basis to the appropriate
parties via secure drop box, FTP (optional: PGP encryption)
or e-mail (optional: PGP encryption). Information can be
sent as a change file or a full file.
Today,
Employease supports more than 3,000 connections to other
systems and entities on behalf of its customers.
